Dr. Umarvadia was born in Chattanooga, TN. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. After practicing in Virginia for five years, she and her husband decided to move to Pennsylvania to be closer to family and she joined Eye Associates in 2017. Along with primary care optometry, Dr. Umarvadia has a special interest in fitting contact lenses and ocular surface disease.
